3/4 c. butter 5 oz. can evaporated milk 3 c. sugar 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, milk, and butter in heavy 2 1/2 to 3 quart pan. Stir constantly. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, boil for 5 more minutes, continuing to stir constantly. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla until melted. Add marshmallow cream, mix well, add nuts and stir well. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Cool at room temperature, cut into squares. |
