FRUIT CHEWS 
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. dried apricots
1 c. pitted dried dates
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Put first 3 ingredients in food processor or blender and grind. In large bowl, combine ground mix with coconut and half of the walnuts. Mix well. Shape into 30 balls 1 inch in diameter. Roll balls in remainder of chopped nuts. Press so nuts stick. Chill. Store in cool dry place or refrigerate.
