MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
3 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 (#303) can cream-style corn
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
3 or 4 Jalapeno peppers

Mix meal, milk, and egg together. Stir in corn. Pour half of the mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Add layer of cooked hamburger and onions, then spread grated cheese and chopped Jalapeno peppers over meat. Put the remaining half of the mix on top and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
