PINEAPPLE CHIFFON PIE 
8" pie crust

FILLING:

Sm. can crushed pineapple
4 eggs, separated
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 pkg. lemon Jello

Cook egg yolk and pineapple until thick. Add 1/3 cup sugar. Cook until thick. Add Jello and dissolve. Beat egg whites until stiff with 1/3 cup sugar. Fold into pineapple mixture. Put into already baked crust. Cool. Makes 8 servings.
