PINA COLADA COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 (9 oz.) pkgs. fresh or frozen coconut
1 (12 oz. carton whipped topping

Bake cake mix as directed in a greased, floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan. When done take out and prick with fork all over. Pour can of cream of coconut over cake while hot, until it has soaked in, then add can of sweetened condensed milk over this and spread. Then put one package of coconut on cake and let cool completely. Spread whipped topping on top and sprinkle rest of coconut on top.
