PINA COLADA CAKE | |
1 yellow pudding cake mix 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 8 oz. can cream of coconut 12 oz. Cool Whip 2 pkgs. frozen fresh coconut Bake cake as directed on package in sheet cake pan. Poke holes in cake with fork and pour can of condensed milk over cake. Let stand 10 minutes. Poke more holes and pour cream of coconut. Let stand 30 minutes. Spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Keep refrigerated. |
