MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. diced tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can diced chiles
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
Corn tortillas
10 oz. Jack cheese

Brown meat and drain. Add seasoned salt, taco mix, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chiles. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes.

In small bowl mix Ricotta cheese and eggs. In 9 x 13 pan spread 1/2 meat. Top with a layer of tortillas, 1/2 cheese-egg mixture, 1/2 Jack cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
