CHEESE PUFFS 
2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. plain flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
48 olives

Cream the cheese with butter; stir in flour, salt and paprika. Blend well. Wrap 1 teaspoon dough completely around each olive (that you have drained and dried well), completely covering the olive.

Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F.

Yield: about 4 dozen.

Note: Can make and freeze beforehand, then bake.
