1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sliced/peeled apples
1 c. butterscotch morsels
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs and oil. Sift dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients alternately with apples to egg mixture; mix well. Stir in nuts and half of morsels. Spread batter in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining morsels. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
