DELICIOUS CHEESY POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1 stick butter

Peel and quarter potatoes. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag. Moisten potatoes and shake a few times in bag, coating well. Melt butter in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Place potatoes, one layer, in pan. Bake about an hour or until golden brown, at 425 degrees. Turn once during baking.
