DELICIOUS POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. can milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

Oil 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients. Top with Cheddar cheese and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
