GREEK'S RICE PUDDING 
2 qts. milk
1 c. rice

Cook together until thick. Add:

2 eggs, beaten
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook milk and rice very slowly, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until it is thick. Remove and add beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla. Return to heat again, make sure it's well folded in for about 10 minutes. Keep stirring. Transfer into dish and sprinkle cinnamon. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate.

You should've reminded people to stir the milk and rice the ENTIRE time they are at the stove, or else the milk will quickly become scorched and ruin the taste of the pudding.

People, these are MAJOR things you should include in your instructions, which many of you (for simple ommisions such as these) have no business writing.
