GREEK'S RICE PUDDING | |
2 qts. milk 1 c. rice Cook together until thick. Add: 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Cook milk and rice very slowly, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until it is thick. Remove and add beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla. Return to heat again, make sure it's well folded in for about 10 minutes. Keep stirring. Transfer into dish and sprinkle cinnamon. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate. |
