SEAFOOD BAKE 
5 lobster tails
10 shrimp (or crabmeat)
Salt and pepper
Thyme
Lemon juice
Mild cheddar cheese
1/4 Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. white wine or sherry
Standard cream sauce

Cook lobster and shrimp partially cool remove shells. Cut lobster into pieces and place in baking dish. Add shrimp or crabmeat, cheeses, mustard, wine, lemon juice and spices to taste. Pour cream sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees at least 1/2 hour. Serve with rice and vegetables or salad. Serves 10.
