BAKED SEAFOOD SALAD CASSEROLE | |
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, flaked and drained 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained 1/4 c. green peppers, chopped 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/4 c. onions, chopped 1/4 c. pimento, chopped 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash of pepper 1 c. soft bread, cubed 1-2 tbsp. butter, melted Combine fish and vegetables; toss lightly. Blend mayonnaise, cream, lemon, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Stir into seafood mixture. Spoon into baking dish. Combine bread and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20- 25 minutes. Serves 4-6. |
