BAKED SEAFOOD WITH FETA 
16 oz. pkg. frozen cod
3/4 lb. lg. shrimp
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. wine (not sweet)
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
3/4 tsp. parsley, crushed
1/2 lb. feta cheese, crumbled

1. Let fish stand 15 minutes; saute onions and garlic in oil. Stir in tomatoes, wine, sugar, oregano, salt and parsley. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Pour mixture into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Cut fish into chunks and add to tomato mixture; cover and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove cover; add shrimp and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until fish and shrimp are tender. Serve in bowls over rice; sprinkle with parsley.
