QUICK & EASY STRAWBERRY CAKE | |
1 (18 oz.) oz. box butter cake mix (I use Golden) 1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed 3 cups fresh strawberries, washed and sliced 1 cup dairy sour cream 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract Cook cake layer s per box directions. Cool and split to make four layers. Combine Cool Whip, confectioners' sugar, dairysour cream and vanilla. Spread 1/2 of this over cooled cake layers. Spread 1/2 the strawberries over this; repeat again. Cover and chill in refrigerator for several hours. Enjoy! Submitted by: Bryson Hatfield |
