SUMMER SQUASH | |
Bacon, tomatoes, onions, squash. Cut up and brown 2 strips bacon. Drain off excess grease. Add fresh peeled or canned tomatoes, add one sliced onion and cut up bite sized squash, 1/4 inch thick. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes until squash is tender. Crumbled fried hamburger can be added. |
