1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. Ocean Spray cran-orange or cranberry relish

In small saucepan, soften gelatin in 3/4 cup cold water, heat until gelatin dissolves. Cool.

In large mixer bowl, beat together cream, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Don't over beat.

Combine gelatin mixture and sour cream; mix well. Fold sour cream mixture into whipped cream. Pour mixture into dessert dishes or stemmed glasses. Chill. Serve with cran-orange or cranberry relish on top. Makes about 8 skimpy, 4 ample servings.
