SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAMBURGER 
8 med. sized potatoes
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Milk to cover (about 2 c.)
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel and slice potatoes - brown hamburger. Put both in 9 x 13 inch baking pan and mix. Mix together soup, milk, onion and pour over potato-meat mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
