MAMA'S CALAMARI SAUCE 
2 1/2 lbs. calamari
2 (28 oz.) cans plum tomatoes (crushed)
3 cloves garlic
5 tbsp. olive
Basil (5 leaves)
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Black pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)

Wash, clean, slice calamari. Steam 5-10 minutes and save juice.

Saute garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, basil, parsley, pepper, salt. Simmer 30 minutes. Add 1 cup of calamari juice. Simmer another 20 minutes. Enough sauce for 1 1/2 pounds spaghetti. Enjoy!

This cookie was delicious! My family tried them as soon as they came out if the oven. I added 1/4 cup of coconut flour to lighten them up and they were so moist and fluffy.
