CHICKEN RODEO 
1/2 c. enriched flour
1/2 c. fat
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 young chickens, each ready to cook
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced

Blend flour, fat, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread chicken with this coating. Arrange in shallow pan. Combine water, catsup, onion, parsley and garlic; bring to a boil. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake in slow oven at 350 degrees until tender, about 1 hour.
