OREO ICEBOX DESSERT 
30 Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. 10x sugar
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 to 1 c. chopped peanuts; optional

Crush cookies and place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. In large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.

Pour over cookies. Top with chopped peanuts, if desired.

Freeze until ready to serve, thaw in refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. Very rich.
