1 slice bread
2 pats butter
1 egg

Cut hole in center of bread with upside down narrow glass. Melt 1 pat of butter in small frying pan over low heat. Toss in bread and break the egg into the hole. Cook until bread is golden brown on the bottom. Turn the bread (and egg) over with spatula and continue frying until egg looks done, couple minutes.
