SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 can French cup green beans, drained
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream

Mix all ingredients together. Top with topping and bake for 45 minutes at 400°F.

Topping:

1 stick butter, melted
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix and place on top of casserole.
