HOT CRAB DIP 
1 lb. back fin crab meat
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 lb. melted butter
Salt, pepper, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce to tate
1/2 c. horseradish (fresh is best)
Bread crumbs

Remove any cartilage from crab meat. Mix all ingredients together. Place in baking dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown and bubbly, usually 1/2 hour. Serve with crackers.
