CRAB DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 to 5 chopped green onions
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Dash of lemon juice
1/2 and 3/4 c. hot ketchup or chili sauce
1 to 2 tsp. horseradish
6 oz. crab meat, rinsed, drained and lemon squeezed on top
"Karr" crackers

Combine cream cheese with chopped onions, season with the sauces (Worcestershire and Tabasco) and spread into quiche or pie plate.

SAUCE (THE HOT KETCHUP OR CHILI SAUCE) :

1/2 and 3/4 c. horseradish
1 to 2 tsp. or more if you like it hot

Spread over cream cheese. Sprinkle the rinsed, drained, lemon squeezed crab meat on top. Serve with "Karr" crackers.
