CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 c. plain flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix and spread in 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes, 350 degrees. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

Cream together. Spread over 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Mix and spread over 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

8 oz. Cool Whip

Spread over 3rd layer.

5TH LAYER:

Grate or shave chocolate over top.
