WILD RICE & HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli
12 oz. ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom slices
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook rice according to package directions. Put in bottom of well greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Partially cook broccoli. Drain. Lay broccoli on top of rice. Layer ham, mushrooms and cheese in dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise and mustard together and pour on top. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
