CHICKEN MUSHROOM TIMBALES 
2 c. cooked chicken
2 eggs
1/2 c. liquid non-dairy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 dash white pepper
1/2 c. celery
1 c. oatmeal, uncooked
4 1/2 jar sliced mushrooms

In large bowl combine 2 cups diced, cooked chicken, 2 eggs, non-dairy cream, salt and monosodium glutamate, dash white pepper, 1 tablespoon steak sauce, celery, 1 cup uncooked oatmeal and 4 1/2 ounce jar of sliced mushrooms, drained. Blend mixture well, divide equally into 6 well greased custard cups and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn out onto platter covered with greens or endives and pour hot cheese sauce over each. Hot Cheese Sauce: Mix 1 can cheese soup with 1/2 can of milk that has been cooked until smooth.
