PIZZA SOUP 
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. Italian sweet sausage, casing removed (or bulk)
1/4 c. dried green pepper
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
(I put in 1/4 cup diced celery)
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms (I've used can including liquid)
11 oz. can condensed zesty tomato soup
1 soup can of water
Bread slices (Italian) about 1/2 inch, toasted
Grated Parmesan cheese and/or Mozzarella

I prefer equivalent amount soup made from mix, e.g. Knorr. Use oil to brown sausage, mushrooms, (if fresh), green pepper, garlic and Italian seasoning. (I think sausage has enough fat and don't use oil.) Cook until brown, breaking up sausage and softening veggies. Stir in soup and water. Heat thoroughly.
