BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli (1 to 3 heads)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (chicken or celery)
2 eggs
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Mix all except crumbs. Put in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs, dot with butter. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
