BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. herb croutons
2 c. grated med. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 lbs. sausage
6 eggs
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. jar mushrooms
2 1/2 c. milk

Place croutons in greased casserole dish. Top with cheese. Cook sausage and drain. Put sausage over cheese. Beat eggs, mix with soup, milk, and mushrooms. Pour over sausage. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours uncovered. Serves 8.
