1 pkg. yeast 2 tbsp. lukewarm water 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. warm milk 1 egg, beaten Dash salt 6 c. sifted flour 3/4 c. melted butter Combine yeast, water and sugar. Then add milk and eggs, salt and part of your flour. Mix well. Then add your butter and rest of flour, mix well. Let set overnight in covered dish in refrigerator. Roll out like pie dough. Cut in wedges (pie slices) and roll (from wide area to point), let rise 3 hours. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes. |
