CARROT CAKE 
2 c. flour (all-purpose)
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. grated raw carrots
4 eggs
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees until tests done, about 50 minutes.

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 box confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick of butter, softened

Cream cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla. Spread on cool cake.
