3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. real mayo
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. peeled & chopped apples
1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. whipped cream

Bake at 350 degrees. Grease and flour all size pans. In large bowl combine first 10 ingredients at low speed 7 minutes, scraping bowl. Fold in apples, raisins, nuts (optional); batter will be thick. Bake 45 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove and cool. Frost with whipped cream.
