HOT DISH 
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced in fourths
1 pkg. augratin potatoes
1 lg. onion
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Black pepper
2 1/2 c. hot water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, 3 to 4 cups fresh-cooked)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen carrots (3 to 4 cups fresh-cooked)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Saute' sausage and onion in oil Add potatoes, sauce mix, hot water and peppers. Cover, cook 10 minutes, add carrots, cover, cook 10 minutes. Add broccoli and cheese, cook 10 minutes or until done.

Electric fry pan works well.
