BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 pt. blueberries, washed and drained
Extra sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Add flour and baking powder which have been mixed first alternately with milk. Gently stir in blueberries. Put in 1 dozen large size muffin pan which have been greased or lined with baking cups. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with extra sugar before baking.
