HOT GARLICKY SHRIMP 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 bay leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 lb. med. shrimp, peeled

Melt butter. Add rest of ingredients and toss well. Set aside for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook over medium heat. Stir and cover. Cook 5 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through. Serve over cooked pasta.
