MINUTE STEAK LORRAINE 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. leaf oregano
6 cube steaks
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. (4 oz.) can drained mushroom stems and pieces
1 pkg. (5/8 oz.) brown gravy mix
1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces

Combine flour, salt, garlic and oregano. Coat steaks with flour mixture. In large fry pan, brown meat in hot oil. Reduce heat; add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, 20 to 25 minutes or until steaks are tender and flavors blended. Serves 6.
