POOR MAN'S STEAK 
6 lb. chuck roast, cut into serving size pieces

MARINADE:

1 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 very sm. bottle ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cover meat with sauce; let stand in refrigerator (covered) for 36-48 hours. Remove from sauce; drain on cooking racks for 2 hours before broiling or grilling.
