CHICKEN PASTA PRIMEVERA 
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into sm. pieces
1 lg. pkg. Italian style vegetables or use fresh broccoli, zucchini, carrots, onions, red peppers, green peppers--anything you like!
2 lg. tomatoes, cut in chunks
1 clove garlic, chopped
Parsley, basil, oregano to taste
Crushed red pepper to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 c. cooked curly pasta
Oil for frying

Stir fry chicken until no longer pink. Remove from pan. Stir fry vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp tender, remove from pan. Stir fry tomatoes and garlic. Season to taste and add all other ingredients. Heat and serve with grated Italian cheese.
