PASTA PRIMEVERA 
1 c. sm. broccoli flowerets
1 sm. zucchini, sliced
1 sm. red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 c. snow peas (optional)
1/4 c. butter
1 c. half & half or cream, warmed
1 lb. spaghetti or other pasta, cooked & drained
Parmesan cheese
Fresh ground pepper to taste

In a large skillet saute broccoli, zucchini, red pepper and snow peas in butter until crisp tender. Add half and half and black pepper. Cook briefly until slightly reduced. Serve over spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
