MEAT BALLS SUPREME 
3 slices bread
3/4 c. hot milk
1 beaten egg
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. pork
3 tbsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. fat
2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. Kitchen Banquet
1 c. hot water
1 c. canned peas
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. celery

Soften bread in milk, add egg, mix meats. Add onion and parsley, combine mixtures. Make balls, roll in flour and brown in fat. Add juice and banquet simmer 10 minutes. Add water and vegetables, cook until tender.
