STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 large green peppers, cut off tops and clean insides
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 large onion, diced
tops of the green peppers, diced
chili powder (season to taste)
meat tenderizer (season to taste)
pepper (season to taste)
garlic (season to taste)
3 slices bread, made into bread crumbs
ketchup (enough to hold meat mixture together)

Put the 6 peppers in a pan with sides like a cake pan. After the mixture is mixed together, put into the peppers. Top with ketchup.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until ketchup on top is cooked until brown.
