DEER HUNTER'S BREAKFAST | |
1 lb. bacon (cut in 1 to 2 inch pieces) 1 lb. sausage (crumble up) 1 lb. ground beef (crumble up) 1 c. chopped onions 1 c. chopped bell peppers 2 doz. eggs Cook bacon, sausage and ground beef together. Drain excess grease (leave enough to cook the onions and bell peppers). Add onions and bell peppers - cook until done. Add eggs - cook until done. Serve on plate or serve as a sandwich. |
