CHICKEN HUNTER STYLE 
1 frying chicken
4 sm. onions
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 lg. green pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. flour
5 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste

Flour and salt chicken, brown in oil on all sides. Cut up pepper and onion mix with garlic and tomatoes. Add to chicken, cover and simmer slowly 40 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook slowly until chicken is done.

Low in cholesterol.
