MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. hamburger 1 sm. onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cans Rotel tomatoes Cheese - approximately 1 lb. (the more the better), grated 1 pkg. Doritos (can use corn chips) Brown the hamburger meat with the onions and drain well. Mix the soups and the Rotel tomatoes and add to the meat. Simmer about 10 minutes. In a 9x13-inch baking dish layer the meat, chips and cheese until you have used it all. Top with more cheese and heat in a 350 degree oven until steaming hot and the cheese is bubbly. |
