PINA COLADA CAKE 
1 box cake mix (yellow or white)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping (defrosted)
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut

Mix and bake cake according to directions in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Remove from oven and pierce evenly with a fork (while still hot). Spread with condensed milk and let cool. Spread with pineapple, cover with whipped topping, then sprinkle with coconut. Chill. Variation: add 1 teaspoon of rum to the condensed milk.
