1 lb. unsalted butter (softened slightly)
3/4 c. fresh strawberries (finely chopped)
3 to 5 tbsp. powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Spoon into attractive containers. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
