FISH FILLET WITH ALMONDS 
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
Butter
Parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. fish fillets
1/3 c. almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix flour, salt, and pepper; coat fish. Cook fish in skillet until browned and flaky. Remove to the platter. In same skillet, put butter and almonds. Cook until browned. Stir in lemon juice and spoon over fish. Garnish with parsley and serve.
